"Shockingly, Everything Just Went Fine"
Ordered from wbbarber.com and, in a rare twist for online shopping, nothing went sideways. The site was easy to get through, my order showed up when it was supposed to, and everything was packed properly and looked exactly as expected. No drama, no mystery delays, no surprise problems, almost suspiciously smooth. I’d definitely use them again

"Helpful staff and an easy experience"
I went in not totally sure what I was looking for, but the staff really seemed to know their stuff and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense. I appreciated that they weren’t pushy at all, just helpful and straightforward. Overall, it made the whole process easy, and I’d be happy to use wbbarber.com again.

i mean, my order from wbbarber.com was pretty much what I expected. The size was right, and the basic description matched the product I received, so I didn’t really have any major complaints there.
That said, I do think a few details could’ve been clearer, like exactly what comes in the box and what the finish looks like in person. I had to make a bit of a guess before ordering, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

"Refund came through, but wow it took its time"
I ordered from wbbarber.com and ended up needing to return one of the items. The return process itself was fine, so I’ll give them that, but the refund took longer than I expected and it was a little annoying. Like, I get that returns can take a few days, but waiting around and checking your account over and over is not exactly fun. Customer service did respond when I reached out, but not exactly at lightning speed. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, and I did get my money back, but the whole thing could definitely be quicker and smoother.

I ordered from wbbarber.com and the items themselves were fine, but the shipping took way longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, and to make it more confusing, one email made it sound like it had shipped while another said something different. It did eventually show up, just later than expected. Not a terrible experience overall, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly

I ordered from wbbarber.com and, not gonna lie, the checkout was okay overall, but it didn’t feel as smooth as it could’ve been.
After I entered my details, the page took a bit to load, so for a moment I wasn’t totally sure if the order had actually gone through. The payment did work in the end, though.
I got the confirmation email a few minutes later, so everything turned out fine. Not a bad experience, just one of those checkouts that could be a little cleaner and faster next time.

I did get my order in the end, so that was fine. But the updates were slow, and I kept wondering what was going on. Then out of nowhere, yep, package delivered. So overall okay, just wish the tracking communication had been a bit quicker.

Overall, the site was good and most of the barber supplies I needed were actually in stock, which was nice. Checkout was easy enough too. The only thing that bugged me was one item I really wanted was sold out, so I had to either wait or find it somewhere else, which was frustrating. Still a decent experience, just not quite 5 stars for me...

They’ve got a good range of barber stuff, honestly. I found the clippers and blades I needed without having to dig around too much, which was nice. A few things were out of stock, and I couldn’t help but wonder if the good items are being quietly snatched up by people who know something the rest of us don’t. Still, overall I was happy with the options and I’d probably shop there again.
